HIFU Body Sculpting - The Process

Your concerns and needs will be assessed in a free consultation, where we will agree on the areas to be treated and carry out a patch test. Treatment can commence seven days after your patch test.

3D Hifu Body Sculpting is the latest technology to target specific areas of fat in the possible time. The HIFU hand-piece is placed on the skin and held in one area at a time. It works by delivering a 24-line matrix of energy at a depth of between 1.3cm and 8mm to destroy fat cells. Measurements and photos are part of the assessment and are reviewed post treatment.


Heat treatment ( sunbed, sauna and steam) must be avoided 2-3 days before and for one week after HIFU treatment.  Avoid going to the Gym for 5 -7 days after treatment or until the area has normalised.
