The Game Awards 2019 Predictions
While much remains to be revealed about Ghost of Tsushima , there is a fair bit of information already available for curios fans. The game is set in an open world but will not be a full-fledged RPG, instead following a more structured story. As shown off in the E3 2018 gameplay trailer, Ghost of Tsuhuma's combat is "skill-based," but that doesn't mean only hardcore players will be able to enjoy it. Ghost of Tsushima's creative director explained that combat isn't as challenging as Bloodborne's and that it's instead "a game that's meant for the mainstream gaming audience." Still, fans have yet to see how combat elements like the smoke bomb will play into that skill-based sys
Sons of the Forest was unveiled, appearing as a direct sequel to the hit survival game known as The Forest . It looks frightening as ever, with the game's main character branding a tattoo stating "Fight Demons," by which he may be the son of Eric, the original hero in the first game. The premise of The Forest comprised of a lone character stranded in a remote forest after his plane crashed, as players attempt to survive a harsh climate and mutated cannibals living in the area. Judging from the quality, fear-factor, and unique gameplay setting of the original game, fans of horror should have much to look forward to in Sons of the Fore
Not reaching for quite as lofty of heights as the Avengers game set to release later this year, Iron Man VR plans to put players into the famous Iron Man suit. Exclusive to PSVR, PlayStation players will get to take a ride through the skies as Tony Stark with all the flair and style of the character's flights in the
The release window for Ghost of Tsushima comes from a trailer at The Game Awards . Just a few days ago, Sucker Punch teased that the game would get a new reveal at The Game Awards . Although it was known the game was going to be showed, it wasn't apparent just how much was going to be revealed. The good news is that there's plenty of new things to talk about when it comes to Ghost of Tsushima , as The Game Awards trailer is over four and a half minutes l
There really isn't any indication of when Ghost of Tsushima will hit store shelves, but it is slated for a PS4 release. With the PS5 coming late next year, it only makes sense that Sucker Punch's next game will come before that. However, I can't really see this game coming out in Q1 2020 considering the ridiculous lineup that is already slated. With games like Final Fantasy VII Remake , Doom Eternal , Cyberpunk 2077 , and The Last of Us Part 2 , it may not be the best option to have this in Q1 or early Q2 of 2
Sucker Punch is one of the most admired developers in the gaming industry, and perhaps best known for creating the Sly Cooper and Infamous series of games. In 2011, Sony purchased Sucker Punch to produce games exclusively for PlayStation. Sucker Punch has always worked within short development windows, with the longest period in between releasing games being four years. The length between the release of the Studio's last game Infamous First Light and the scheduled release of Ghost of Tsushima will be six years, prompting some to wonder if the game would be better off debuting on the PlayStation
The follow up to Team Ninja's Nioh from 2017, Nioh 2 is looking to be the best in its class for 2020, perhaps even topping the plethora of Souls-like games from 2019 that flooded the market. To this day, the original Nioh is still one of the best games within the genre not made by From Software, so Nioh 2 has some big shoes to f
Saving the best for last, Sony has announced that the next generation of gaming consoles will release during Holiday 2020. Not too much is known about PS5, as PlayStation has been slow to even show what the system itself looks like, instead releasing an official logo and showing off some minor features. However, if rumors and hearsay are to be believed, some coming straight from the horse's mouth, there are even more unannounced game changing features that are still com
The trailer begins with a confrontation between a travelling Samurai and the man himself, The Ghost of Tsushima. Although it was ambiguous before as to whether or not The Ghost was the playable character, it now seems confirmed that he is. The narration throughout the trailer tells us that The Ghost is a mythic figure, one who many thought left for dead in a battle years ago. But The Ghost survived what many believed to be a terminal infliction and is now dedicated to avenging himself. If there was any doubt as to the graphical fidelity of Ghost of Tsushima , rest assured that should be squelched now. Last year, Sony Boss Shuhei Yoshida remarked on the impressive graphics in the game . It's no easy task for developers to keep visual fidelity high throughout development, especially when adding so many new features, textures and art assets into the g
Between its experienced development studio, beautiful visuals, and intriguing setting, Ghost of Tsushima is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated PlayStation-exclusive games on the horizon. While the game never had a release date, ghost of tsushima Patch notes|https://Tsushimagame.com/ of Tsushima was reportedly delayed internally, and it probably won't release until late 2020 . If that's the case, it's entirely possible that Ghost of Tsushima could be a PS5 launch title. Either way, it's not unlikely that Ghost of Tsushima' s Game Awards trailer will finally reveal an official release d
